Everyone was very nice and equipment seemed to be very up to date..This was my initial appointment that should have been 1 hour and it was actually over 1.5 hours then had to rush through the final discussion of patient care plan..because I had an appointment that I needed to go to..I asked if this was standard and they advised with this being after Labor Day weekend they were more busy then usual..so other then the delay I would have been very pleased

the ladies at the airport office where very professional and took the time to get me set for my procedure everyone took time to make sure I was comfortable and so that's how my experience with them went I would recommend them to all my fellow workers thanks for the time y'all took to make sure I was ok.

Aspen Dental in Arden NC are very caring people. Thank you Dr. Cho and Staff. You guys are awesome. I had read some reviews of other sites some were not so good. But your facility is very caring and very supportive of your patients. I was so overwhelmed that my teeth had just started falling apart the past year. The staff was very courteous and friendly , the dentist was knowledgeable about needed to be done and explained what would happen. I will definitely give Aspen Dental come back .

The endontist was great. But I was informed of the cost for the root canal and after the procedure was done it was 300.00 more. Plus they charge a 169.00 consultation fee which I was told prior to appt date that it would be waived because my dentist was sending info from his exam and x-rays. very poor It’s too bad because the dr was very caring and I had no pain during or after root canal

Everyone was so polite, and so efficient. Not much waiting at all, and very easy to talk to. Willing to listen to my wants and then tell me what they propose. This was my first visit, and I decided right away that they were the ones to take care of my dental needs.
