I visited for new patient exam. The dental assistant was new but very caring and competent. The hygienist was knowledgeable and efficient. The dentist was skilled, informative and overall amazing. She mapped out a reasonable plan to remedy my multiple dental issues. The entire time at Aspen, I felt as if I were in great hands by a team that knew dentistry and patient care from the front desk manager to the assistant , hygienist and dentist. Piece of mind promise from Aspen Dental - I have a major headache! I received the estimated treatment plan of $7188 with insurance & various other discounts of $3472 being applied. My portion would be $2538 which I paid in full, but the billing dept didn't apply the various discounts correctly. My account was erroneously showing an open amount of $400. Do not go to this location! They had me pre pay for bleaching and a take home mold of my teeth. After the second of four bleaching the pain was soo bad I moved the light and had to go find the hygienist to cancel the process. Then I was informed that my mold was lost and they would call when it arrived. They never called and for some reason they are billing me another 500 dollars and have no clue where my mold is.

Don't be fooled by the 4 stars on google, if I could give it zero I would. The first visit was not so bad, a typical dentist visit with a little wait but not a big deal. The second time I had gone I had an appointment for 9 Am. I showed up early before they opened at 8:45 per their request (to show up 15 mins prior to your appointment). Gave me an estimate of $2246.00 to clean teeth and one composite. Wow this is the highest price to clean teeth that has ever been encountered. Call one of the over 100 other Dentist in the surrounding area to get an honest price and care. Very poor communication skills. This was at the Cumming, GA location.

How this place is still in business is astonishing. I walked in today with no appointment because the awful denture they made for me finally cracked. Long story short.. I sat here for an hour before the girl told me they didn't have the materials to fix my denture. That's right. A business known for making dentures doesn't have the materials to fix the denture they made. I sat for a whole 60 minutes just to get that information. Yasmine at the front desk is nasty to customers. She smirks and makes facial expressions in a nasty manner when talking to clients. I had a crown that came a loose and I was referred to them by Google emergency dental service. I went into as a dental at Cumberland and Yasmine with a nasty smirk on her face said that I have to go back to my old dentist. I actually would rate Aspen Dental 0/5. Office experience was horrid. They expect payment before services even with dental insurance. They do not answer their phone. Very difficult to contact. I had to travel to the office to talk with them. I have requested that documentation be sent for services to my insurance. However, it has been six months with no response. No documentation. Don't waste your time... I had an 11am appointment, arrived at 1058am. Checked in as a new patient, and completed registration in about 5 minutes. Waited in the reception area for 52 minutes, got up and walked out. They call me 10 minutes later asking "did you leave?" What?! Just like they charge a missed appointment fee they should pay the same fee. Wasted time and money. Never going to any Aspen Dental again.
