Horrible experience ,I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there,was treated horribly and they mixed me up with someone else!!!
Their pricing is RIDICULOUS, especially if you do not have dental insurance. Their attitude changes once they learn you do not have insurance too which is expected with these big chain offices. $5,700 is not affordable. That was the quote I received to have a deep cleaning and root canal. Other places are not even close to that amount. Care Credit is a joke. terrible all around
Very disappointed with my service. The dental hygienist is very rough, and not all that nice. In my first appointment they had no worries or areas that they were keeping an eye on, and when I came back for my 6 month check up (after taking very good care of brushing and flossing) I was told after a very brief look I had three cavities. Will be looking for a new dentist.
Worse experience ever! Dr. Spent 2min w/ me found out I have no insurance just a cc and never saw him again! Was sent straight to finance! Left in pain went to a real dentist office! Stupid thing is my cc would have covered waaaay more than my insurance was!
I was VERY disappointed in my experience, I hadn't been to Aspen in almost 2 years, even have my charts they act like I'd never had been there, knew none of my previous appts. or procedures, I had to ask about a cleaning, she asked if I had had a cleaning there before, I told her several. Aspen Dental gave my husband such a horrible experience, I have to make sure everyone knows about it to save them time, money, and the same frustrations. It started in Iraq when his teeth were destroyed and the VA didn’t care enough to fix them. So we decided we’d just get it done at Aspen Dental. Huge mistake. In 2015 he went in to get the uppers done. We decided to do the lowers at a later date because with 2 children and one income, we couldn’t flip the bill. Anyway. I’ve had to wait a whole year for a bottom plate, as well as a tooth splinter they said was a part of my jaw bone, two different dentist from them said the same thing. I paid another dentist to remove it Plus I paid cash up front to the sum of 4K I just hope I never have to return again
