Beware, this place is a nightmare. I wouldn't even give them one star but it makes me in order to tell you not to go there. Had an appointment, drove over three hours to get there because that's where my insurance would cover, we hit construction and called and let them know that we were going to be A couple minutes late, they said it was no problem as long as we were 15 minutes late that was perfect. My appointments are always being rescheduled and moved forward just to have to wait over an hour to be seen. I've grown to really hate the dentist and whenever I leave here I'm in pain. Their cleanings are too rough and they make my mouth bleed really bad. Their treatment plans are basically non existent considering I'm always having to schedule another appointment for my fillings when it shouldve taken only 2 visits. I have to use a vacation day for every appointment. This is ridiculous. Very unprofessional.
I thought u were for poor people or people who dont have insurance. People dont have insurance cause they cant afford it. Then u make an appointment with one of those people & DONT tell them how much it costs so when they get their & sign in & u say " that will be a million $ please. (it might as well b a million cause WE ARE POOR. OR WE WOULD GO TO A REAL DENTIST. ). & because we are poor & dont have insurance or the money. Had to wait an hour and a half for a 5 minute exam. I have been going to them for over 5 years. But I will not be back.
Never in a million years will we ever go back to aspen dental!!!! We were quoted Friday when we called that there would be no charge to fix my husbands dentures. We have them repaired and they charged us 66 after they were fixed!! Never trust ANY estimate that is provided by this company. It's always NOT what was estimated.
