I have had several appointments lately, the last being this past Thursday. The receptionist and Direct Patient Care staff were wonderful. The Office Manager I believe was far from that. There was a mixup in appointments, she said my appointment was at 8 am. I have text and paper stating it was 10:00. She was very loud, very rude, and disruptive actually yo entire waiting area to the point that the Dentist apologized to me several times for her behavior. I have dentures I can’t wear. They can’t seem to adjust them When I talk, most of the time I have a whistle/lisp thing going on. I Can’t chew with them And trying to bite into something. Impossible! They are wonderful if I don’t have to eat or talk to anyone ! I have paid in cash for the most expensive and the whitest dentures they carry And what for ??? They tell patients that appointment cards lock in your appointment but cancel without calling and you show up with your appointment card and they have no explanation. This has happened twice now.

It’s all about the money for this place . My first visit I felt like someone was trying to sell time shares . Total rip off . The dentist wasn’t nice . Customer service is horrible . Next thing I knew they had me signing up for a credit card and gave me a statement telling me I needed over $6, 000 worth of work .. the company is a total Rip off .

My first visit was very satisfactory...then they got my money! I went in today for a 10 second procedure (didn't even need to be in a room) and because I did not have an appointment, I was rudely dismissed. Walk-ins welcome??? I wish now I had gone somewhere else, but, like I said, they have my money! Will not recommend them!!!

Absolutely horrible ! I came in 06-29-22 and was told to come back the following day for an accepted walk in. I returned 06-30-22 and was the FIRST patient to sign in , only to be called to the desk by the receptionist to be told a guy who came in 30 minutes AFTER I signed in was there before me (which isn’t true , camera will clearly show I was the first one there) I was told they wouldn’t see me because they only took 1 walk in a day. Which is ridiculous to advertise when you clearly don’t deal with patients in an orderly ... read more

First appointment went good seemed nice was seen timely matter ..I was there to get partial dentures ..so set me up appointment said I would have them by end May ..this was first week of May ..went for impressions ..waited 2 hours after driving 2 hours ..then week or so later call back needed more impression something happened with the other ones ..drive 2 hours wait 2 hours again to get them done ..so pushes date to pick up to end of June ..so go back wait 2 hours before getting called back then here them arguing over some... read more

Place is a joke, maybe they should change the management before they lose all there good employees. It’s sickening how the management treat the DA,s. They have some of the best and they are over looked and treated like they don’t matter. When my wife who is pregnant didn’t get a lunch for 3 days in a row and is told “do better at scheduling” is uncalled for. Also they “lost” a file in my moms tooth during a root canal. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

At first they were ok, but then I started noticing when I’d go, they charge me, but then my insurance would say I owed less than what they charged me. When I called to question it, I was put on hold for hours, hung up on multiple times. Then my husbands appointment has been rescheduled 4 times in 2 months, it’s to the point his tooth has broke and he’s in pain and they still won’t see him for it and STILL reschedule his appt appt again today!!!
