I had an appointment where they told me i had to get a tooth removed due to infection. Several months later tooth is still not removed. Let me start off by saying once you get past the front desk, they are amazing. The customer/patient care is great beyond the front desk. They really take care of you. Their phone system leaves a lot to be desired. I am an IT Professional. I, quite often, have to call companies like AT&T or Suddenlink and work through their autoattend phone menu, but at least once I get through it I actually get to talk to someone. Had a horrible experience with the Barboursville location today. Booked my appointment online and completed all my new patient paperwork. Was told to be there 15 minutes early. Arrived 15 minutes early. Waited 2 HOURS!! When I asked the receptionist how much longer I was told she didn’t know they were running behind but she would check. She never let me know. Aspen dental has one of the worse front counter services I've ever delt with. You come in for a dental exam at 8am and they are 30 min late to work nobody even inside building. That's OK come in well just get started at 9am with your appointment. I drove one hour and forty min to a 8 am appointment ( my second appointment) and they refused to see me. The clerk was very rude kaylee moore . She ignores people when they walk in. The first appointment I stood for twenty min she completely avoided eye contact. I sat down for another twenty min before she called me up. This time she said she didn’t know I was there. My husband went in to have his free exam and X-Ray...wanting to get upper dentures if he could afford it being on a fixed income. they wanted $500.00 up front or close to it. NOT FREE
RecommendedGoing to the dentist isn’t my favorite place to go. Aspen Dental is a really good group of friendly people. Recommend them highly!!!
when a person comes in for a cleaning actually clean their teeth
