Beware of how they treat you! You’re just a number and all they want is your money! Came in in extreme pain and they dangled my prescription over my head until I would let them pull 5 teeth!!!!!!! I said no and never got the prescription to help me. Ended up going to urgent care!!!! NEVER go there!
This place is a joke. They have rescheduled every single appointment I have ever had with them. Today when I actually had the nerve to be frustrated and say something, the assistant office manager hung up on me twice. I finally got the manager and he was no help and didn't care. They can't ever get their story straight either. "You saw the dentist so next time you won't need to. You can just see they hygienist." Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I recently moved up to this area and decided to transfer my care here. I also recently broke a front tooth and needed to get it repaired. My old dentist said it was absolutely repairable, but with the move i decided to have Aspen repair it. My first appointment went fine, they scheduled me for a crown and such. They are boarderline fraud! They are friendly when you go inside, but they will upcharge your insurance 3-600% more than it's worth/your quoted. And cash never makes the statement.

I had work done. Bill paid in full. Had a $100 balance, I waited a year to make sure all was paid. When I went in in June of 2021 to are for the $100 balance, they said I owed a plus of $200. Then they sent me a bill of $580. When I asked they to send me a written reason as to why I never got it. They just sent the bill. And who waits over a year to tell you that you owe more???

when you pull in the parking lot, you can see every patient in there getting worked on, no privacy. they will not run your insurance to see if you have coverage, then tell you it doesn't matter because your first visit is free. they don't tell you until you get there that your 1st visit is only x-rays and a meet & greet, even though you made the appointment for a cleaning and exam. it does matter if your insurance covers because why waste time taking off from work for a meet & greet then AGAIN for a cleaning/exam, if your ... read more

You are treated as a number not a patient. They were making us pay for work that was never done and they refused to correct the situation. They even sent it to collections, you cant legally charge someone for services never received. absolutely awful business. highly recommend anywhere else as this place doesnt treat you like a human. just a number.

I received 5 text messages reminding me of my Saturday appointment including one at 7:50am the morning of my appointment. I had called on Monday and talked to a receptionist to confirm the appointment. I arrived over a half hour early only to find the door locked and a very rude receptionist telling me that they are not open. Needless to say this ruined my Saturday. I will NEVER go to your business again and will tell everyone what you did. You Suck.
