I called because they were listed as an emergency dentist. I have an infected tooth. i drive an hour away to come here thinking they would address the tooth that was hurting- wrong. the dentist doesnt even address the bad tooth. he told me that because I failed to take care of my teeth he would need to take them all out and give me dentures. he also told me that I'll eventually hate myself because I didnt take better care of my teeth. so here I am with a bad tooth yet. Your office staff needs to be better at speaking with patients about paperwork. They also need to respond to messages left on the phone. You are a place of business and to not respond to messages left is a good indication of how patients will be treated. I will not be returning as a patient and have let my place of employment know not to refer any of the employees to your office.

Waited an hour and a half for an "emergency" appointment, just to be told he didn't have time to help me that day.
