Worst scheduling, waste of time, Amy Crespo/manager was so rude. They told me that they will not keep my schedule if I don’t pay first. Worst of the worst

I made an appointment for a simple checkup/basic cleaning. All they did was take xrays and tell me what all is wrong with my teeth. No cleaning!!! Then a 5 minute conference to ask how I was going to pay for the $3k worth of work they wanted to do. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

worst Dental office I have ever come in contact with made a specific appt. for a filling. They even gave me a price. Once there they were all about up charging and there was no Dentist to do my filling and wanted me to come back another time. How bout NEVER!

Absolutely the worst experience of my life at a dentist. I realized 45 minutes into my appt that they weren’t going to clean my teeth, but instead- were going to try to sell me thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary dental work. When I stated my dismay and that I wanted to leave- LaShawn asked me who I thought I was and proceeded to argue with me about my feelings regarding my own health care. Avoid this place at all cost.
I went to this location to get my teeth cleaned. They didn’t clean my teeth. They attempted to diagnose me with periodontal disease. Apparently that is a common thing for aspen Dental’s. They took me up front and sat me down and handed me this piece of paper. It only had dollar figures. It had no line items or any descriptions of what I was paying for. Be very leery of this chain. Your initial call will be routed through a national call center where your questions will be incorrectly answered and low end quotes will be offered which the local Trussville office will not honor. Their prices do not compare favorably with other local dentists and neither the dentist nor the hygienists showed restraint or caution in their examinations. In other words, they did not have what is referred to as "good hands." Just go somewhere else.
Giving you a one, because there is no option for zero! Despicable! Take a babe from a nursing mother's arms?? I hope she sues your behinds off, and the hygienist's job is taken. Good grief!
So far my experience has been great!!! The staff are wonderful and dental assistants and lab tech God Bless them. They made me cry today tears of joy THANK YOU WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!!!
