The hygienist was rude and gave us push back when we refused certain services. We were planning on making them our family dentist but the environment wasn’t welcoming and with the hygienists attitude, we decided to cancel our remaining appointments.

I broke a tooth, I'm out of he country and it's become infected so I call them and the Oral surgeon had already been there in February, I was hoping they’d call some other clinics for me but what I was told was I could call because “they didn’t have time”!! REALLY, I had to call, I’m in another country, 12 hour time difference, I’m in pain but they “don’t have time”! $400 credit they tell me. Via a letter and a phone call. I ask to get the money back and all of the sudden, they are waiting for the insurance company...for something that happened 9 months ago. You might want to look elsewhere people.
