The people that answer the phones are rude and unprofessional, the staff at the front desk is too. I loved the hygienist and Dentists. My oldest was referred to get her wisdom teeth pulled out, which we had to reschedule repeatedly because Aspen couldn't get the referral on their end done. The surgeons office reached out and they were told it was sent, but it wasn't. I called Aspen and was told I can pick it up in person, we went in person and was told they didn't have ink so we had to drive to another office.
I wish I could give negative stars! Worst customer treatment ever! DO NOT GO THERE! They told me they need verbal confirmation you are coming, or they will cancel the appointment and that they call a few days in advance, oh and that they call twice actually, but they never called, never emailed and never left any sort of message and canceled our appointment after we drove across town in the snow to make the appointment! The Dentist has pulled the wrong tooth today , I came in to have an extraction on a tooth in front of my mouth as an emergency visit and they pulled a tooth number 33 I’m very upset
RecommendedThe people who work at the clinic are wonderful, mostly. The problem is with the Comenity Bank/DentalFirst Financing. As the company that Aspen Dental chooses to use for financing dental treatments, Aspen Dental should care very much if the financial institution is reputable. I went there had to have al teeth pulled out and broken pieces surgically removed got my plates and they were awful but then when I went back I had a different assistant and she saw the problem and fixed it I never had to see the dentist now they are perfect HER NAME IS SARA the other girl got fired you can find her at the Brooklyn center off
My experience with this “care center” was the worst in my life. I was told I scheduled a cleaning and an exam. I work for a living and only have so much time off per year, I told the woman who schedule everything I needed a cleaning and exam at the same time. Bait and switch. We were informed we would have a cleaning on top of the new client procedures. This was not the case. Instead of having empathy, they chose to tell us it was the call center’s fault. This is unacceptable, as I work with the public/call center at a company everyone hates. I deal with people calling completely IRATE, swearing, calling me names, and giving me death threats. This was the worst experience I have ever had. This is why people are afraid to go to the dentist. They were mean and not at all caring about the patients.
They replaced a crown in my mouth that was not even bothering me. Less than a month it has fallen off 3 times and the act liketi is my fault. I have a Full Time job and keep having to rearange my schedule to help remedy a situaiton that is completely their fault. I have never once received an apology! I should have stayed wth Boger Dental!!
