Their prices are very high. All I needed was a price for routine cleaning which is 175.00 I do not have insurance you would think they would give a a discount but they don’t. The staff was really great. But I’ll drive my 5 hour to my old dentist for my dental appointments
RecommendedBrownwood office - staff was very nice, professional, all you would expect and more! I can’t say I’m happy with procedure policy though. One visit,2 hours, nothing done, just consult...had it not been for being able to get in for the cleaning (another hour later). I would’ve walked out with nothing done! I call that a waste of my time and theirs. And now I have 4, yes 4 appointments scheduled to do what could’ve been partially done the first visit. Policy needs changing.
I went to Aspen for a cleaning and basic xrays service as my insurance plan recommends. I told the person at the desk my insurance information and I told her that I only wanted the service that my insurance pays for with no out of pocket. I also told the person in the back as well. I got my bill and there were services only recommended for up to 14 years old. I was over billed$120.00. I have called Aspen dental 5 times to argue the charges. Took forever to even b seen and their commercial is def. misleading . Saying thy will get you in no matter what and take care of your teeth . They want $4000 up front before they will even start on my teeth . Very disappointed
I was lied to that my insurance was accepted. Then I was lied to about there being a special for free cleaning and xrays! Then I was billed $305. Then they wouldn’t answer my called or return my voicemails when I called about the bill I was mailed. Now, 6 months later I have a bill from a collection agency!!!!
Everything!! They are horrible!!! Worst service I have ever had. Treated me like cattle. 2 teeth pulled....3 weeks off work because of how bad they messed me up, and a partial that doesn't fit. I will never go back there, ever again!!!!
I could not Believe The interest rate they offered They were from 14.99% to 28 0.99% Which is Loan Shark Rates As far as I am concerned I will not darken their doorway again thanks but no thanks
