The staff is very friendly and Dr Estes is so calming I will be honest beginning of last year there was a staff member that dropped my tooth and didn't have me put the bib on for x-rays I was so upset and I couldn't breath after that I told the Dr and other staff members and they addressed the issue for me. Aspen Dental here in Brunswick are incompetent. My husband started in January on what was supposed to be 5400.00 and 2-3 months of work. After paying 10,000.00 and 9 months of wrong appointments and losing his crowns, Having to redo impressions several times, the end of June he went for the last part. Scheduled an appointment for myself and my child who is 7. I have an abcessed tooth and for her we needed a checkup. They couldn't get me in for over a month. Would not even call in antibiotics for an abcess, which can possibly become life threatening if not treated. For my daughter's visit they scheduled her with a dentist who doesn't even treat children under 12. Not only did I wait for 2 and half hours. They proceeded to tell me that I’m at earliest of periodontal disease and I needed a deep cleaning and want to charge me 300 dollars for it. I did get a second opinion and my teeth and gums are good and I didnt need that 300 dollar cleaning after all
I would never go back and I suggest know else would. It’s a gimmick to spend more
I had a great experience at aspen dental the office experience was great
I had my first appointment to get a tooth filled and they filled the wrong tooth. I wanted to worst one done first. I don't have the money to be spending to get them all done at one time. After they filled the wrong tooth I was so annoyed and just wanted the right one fixed I paid ahead of time the same day to get the other when fixed the next morning. I don't feel like I should have been charged for the one I didn't want done yet but the Dr refused to give me a refund. I will not be returning!
Well the office manager wanted to check my balance on my flexible account spending card, while I thought she was calling to check, She was actually charging my card to see what was left. Since she's done that , now I have to wait five days before I can get my refund back.
I call Aspen Dental and the calls do not go directly to the office, it goes to the call center. The call center set my appointment for 11:55 am. I got there early and they told me that they had to reschedule my appointment. I'm in so much pain and today is July 3rd and I have to go through this pain through July 4th. I was in pain since Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. That's going to be 4 days of pain and they don't give a damn.
