I called Aspen Dental over the weekend to make an appointment because I had a toothache and wanted to know my options. The lady made me an appointment for Monday morning at 9:30am. I went in at 9:30am for the guy at the front desk to tell me that they tried contact me to change my appointment until tomorrow and that the lady who took the appointment over the weekend made a mistake. Never go to Aspen dental , Dr David Katz in Brunswick ga , can’t tell from a x-ray what a abscessed tooth is he has a smart mouth attitude , very condescending toward me , left me with no confidence in getting anything done by him , told me one of my molars had a root canal previously done wrong never had , didn’t seem to know what to do or say , tooth full of infection was told to take amoxicillin and return from Tuesday to Thursday same week and he would extract it , which cannot be done while infection is there face swol... read more

My son went to them to have two teeth extracted. The ladies at the front desk and aswering the phones are wonderful. Thats the second star. And if it was a routine extraction, I could even understand it. But they cut his two teeth out. Gave him stitches and nothing but motrin for pain. He could not sleep all night. Called them today. They said they can cut it open an pack it. Stitch it back and that's it. No pain meds. Who wants to have to do that for relief. Just wow. I really Hope I do not need them ever again. Haven’t even been inside and I am cancelling my 1st appointment…. I tried for 3 days to find the answer to what I thought was a simple question…. “ do you take my insurance?????” No one could answer this question….According to my insurance website they were.. yet I received a notice saying that no one in my area takes the insurance.. so did you stop taking it?? The dental staff, and office manager are extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dental office.
I don’t know. The first couple visits were so awesome and he’s so nice and the second couple of visits they were too busy to really do stuff and they made me feel like I wasted my time and they really don’t want to compromise and find me a solution to make me comfortable, just rush me so they can get to the next patient so they can make more money.. but I need time to process because they’re not telling me anything good that I want to hear.
they are nothing but an over charged expensive dental office that only care about making money and charging you for services that you don't even need!!!
