The staff was very nice. I had one tooth extracted but I wasn’t completely numb when they did it and they gave me no pain meds afterwards.

When I originally went in for a broken crown they gave me the price for the bridge that would be $2800 roughly minus the 760 from my insurance it was $2100 when I go back to start the work for the bridge and to get the broken tooth out which they cut out put stitches in and did not give me any prescription for pain the price went up from 2100 back to over2700 so I end up paying the original price minus the 750 or 760 for my insurance so I ended up paying $760 more than they originally told me so no I was not happy and no I ... read more

Tried to make 2 appointments for the same time/same day online, just for them to call back & say that they can’t get me in at that specific day & time, even after very clearly stating EMERGENCY both times & on the phone. AFTER my husband put in to leave work early so I could have childcare. They couldn’t care less. They could cancel out emergencies when I’m sure they had scheduled patients for a lot less needed procedures to reserve space for emergencies. But whatever, it’s just all fine & dandy!

Scenario... You break a tooth, and your dentist is not open today. So you stop by the Aspen Dental clinic that has a HUGE sign in the window that says “WALK-INS AND EMERGENCIES WELCOME”. Probably a great place if your just getting teeth yanked out... I had an emergency pop up, my gum tissue around my lower wisdom teeth was swelling up and leaking fluid making it hard for me to open and close my jaw due to the pain. The doc looked at it for less than a minute and determined my upper wisdom teeth were doing it and they needed pulled. Well staff and everyone is incredibly nice, I mean really nice. And the looked over my jaw, and the dentist said a bunch of terminology I didn't understand. And, it basically he broke it down to I needed several teeth removed from my top jaw. I did recently break a back molar tooth. And was well in pretty terrible pain. After the dentist explained everything to me, I want to see the manager, and he essentially put together a $7,500 bill. Not having dental insurance till the end of the month, and 7k on hand.
