The staff was great. Very friendly and caring. I felt very comfortable there until I made my trip to the financial aid person. This is hysterical to me that they actually have a financial person. It became not so funny very quick when he slid the paper detailing the cost in front of me. $2500 for periodontal cleaning. I may know I need this procedure done but do not have that amount of money and would take too long to save that my teeth will probably have fallen out by then. this was my first visit to Aspen Dental have a partial upper that broke they said it can't be repaired. they suggested I have upper teeth removed and get a upper denture. Asked before we go to far to tell what it would cost was told the first visit was free. As soon as I get the money together I plan to go and have the work done. they gave me a veteran discount for being in the Guard.
I had to pay for a repair on my upper plate and after 2 days it is hurting and they are suggesting i purchase a new one. This one lasted only 3 years. My others lasted over 15 years each. They did what they could but the repair doesn't mean it wont happen again.
I had a very bad experience at Aspen Dental.I called the Butler office(have verified the number is the Butler office number)and was told my first visit,consultation,and xrays(which i didnt really need)was absolutely free -When i showed up for my appointment they refused to see me unless I paid money up front before being seen.They made me leave the office when i suggested it was fraudulent and a scam to get you into the office.My ride had already left,it was pouring rain and ... Front staff & technical staff very friendly and professional, "consultant" cold and obviously sees you as a money bag to get open as far as possible. He referred to it as "big business" and you are swallowed up in it. You are a number not a patient at Aspen Dental.
