These are the teeth they tried to give me, horse teeth and the teeth I have now, one tooth is slightly bigger than the rest. And uneven inside and out. It has be over 2 and half month and still doing this.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled there and thought everything was fine. 4 days later I have major swelling in my lower jaw and a low grade fever on top of a ton of pain. I tried calling their emergency number 3 times since the office was closed, and I haven’t heard back from the dentist on call. So much for an emergency number.

It would be helpful if you didn't advertise that you will fix emergencies, because you don't. I would unequivocably not recommend your organization. It is the silliest bunch of people and rules. I am 74 years old and I have been going to dentists forever and never found such an inept system.

I went in because I needed a cleaning, x-rays and a tooth pulled. First off, everyone is very friendly. After the x-rays I had a consultation and we went over all the possibilities and I had the opportunity to choose the procedures I wanted done. Then I was asked for payment before the procedures were done. I made payment on removing a tooth and having fillings put in. Then I made appointments to complete them. So far not impressed. When I called to schedule exam appointments for my family, they asked if I was pregnant. I did yes, 36 weeks. I was told to bring a note from my doctor giving me the ok to be seen. Arrived, the girl at the desk checked in anirhewr client that came in AFTER me. After she helped her, she went back to her business. I had to ask her what I needed to do to check in. After a "sorry", another girl got me started on paperwork. Apt 1) they say the apt was at 12 not 12:30 I made the apt I train with my personal trainer till 12:00 every Tuesday .. Apt 2) goes ok they take copies of her identification and insurance yippey Skippy Apt 3 goes ok also Apt 4 ) Dr goes on vacation early doesn't call and cancel apts. Apt 5) my mother can't do her apt cause she doesn't have her identification card . They made a copy of and never asked for at any other apts besides the very 1 St one ...

Nice facility, great girls doing x-rays. Dentist was amazingly nice then I went in the office to get my questions answered and a cost quote. Every question I asked was answered with, well that depends. Considering I would drive there 2 hours one way, those answers didn't quite fit the bill. So I'm off to find something closer. Had she answered my questions about even how many visits I would need might have me going back. WAY OVER PRICED! The better your insurance... the more they charge! Then add on a load of crap to your bill of things you don't need. You almost don't know what hit you. READ THE FINE PRINT, READ THE BIG PRINT. Its not good.
