My first experience with them sux... First I was scheduled an appointment that was unavailable, then was told the next available appointment wasn't until 3 days later! And wasn't told this until 2 hrs before the appointment I scheduled with them...I just need this tooth pulled and was told a "limited exam" was gonna cost more than the extraction .. such BS. If I could I'd give them zero stars... I never even got thru the front door and will never call them again....
I was coerced into getting procedures done that I did not need. The young dentist told me that if I could not handle having all four wisdom teeth pulled at once that I should go somewhere else. So, feeling that he called me a wuss I sucked it up and went along with it. It was pure torture. I followed the after care instructions and still wound up with an excruciatingly painful dry socket. DO NOT.... ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO THERE! My poor mother has been suffering since they began her treatment in March. If I could make anyone understand the urgency and relevance of a review... please let it be this one. I'd be glad to receive a PM to share more details and pictures. My heart is broken for the "life' my mother has lost because of this place. Please hear me!!
My son had to have a tooth pulled and they were AMAZING!! so patient and kind! They took the time to explaine each tool and step to him so he wasn't scared. THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr.Mattison & Amy!! You guys truly mad going to the dentist FUN for my son!!
What a shitty dentist, the way they treat people...... run fast and far!!!
This place keeps canceling my fathers appointments him and my mom take time off and they always call right before they leave and tell him the appointment has to be canceled. I will never recommend this place to anyone! They tell you one thing and than change it a week later after they have.moved mountains to change their schedules.
My husband has been attempting to get dentures since August. They were very nice on the first visit but went down hill from there. They have had to reschedule at least 3 of his appointments in the last month. They were very quick to charge our dental first account but they are dragging out to get the work done. I won't ever recomend the Cambridge Minnesota location to anyone.
My husband took time off work, to get there twice and the appointment had been canceled! Then another time was called that they had to canceled. Received annoying letter stating "We missed you and we're sorry you couldn't make it to your appointment. " YOU CANCELED EVERY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT....not us!!
