waited almost 2 hours after scheduled appointment time before being taken back. Staff was rude and condescending when asked questions. Don’t waste your time here. Find somewhere that cares about their customers.
Business response:
I am really sorry to hear this, Kaylee. I will be sure to pass it along. Thank you. -- Kelsey, ADMI
Waited for 35 minutes with an appointment did ex rays and exam then waited another 30 minutes to see office manager finally walked out. I have an infection in tooth with pain so called next day to get further treatment and prescription put on hold over ten minutes kept calling for 3 days and asked for return call. After 3 days I called the Massillon office as I thought I could get results there. I made an appointment that was out a week stated I already was evaluated and everything at Canton they stated must get reevaluated ... read more
Will definitely NOT be back to this JOKE of a place!!! I took my 7 year old son to get his teeth cleaned (he has NO cavities or any issues so it was a simple cleaning). He was whining a little bit as the dentist was scraping his bottom front teeth and she literally didn’t even TRY to clean his teeth after that! She gave up after only a couple mins and gave me a “referral” to a pediatric dentist! It wasn’t like he was so scared he was screaming and out of the chair or anything, he was simply whining that he didn’t like the no... read more

Absolutely awful! I had a consultation with the oral surgeon to have my wisdom teeth removed last week. I confirmed my appointment for 1pm TWO TIMES! Then the morning of, I get a text saying they will see me at 3pm. I called and they said "the oral surgeon changed the appointment time, sometimes he does that". Even tho they never told me before the day of! I said that didn't work for me and needed it to remain the normal time that had been scheduled for weeks and the office girl said she would call me back as soon as she spo... read more
I came here for three front teeth extractions, and three bottom right extractions. I paid $2000 cash upfront and had excellent dental insurance that covered another $2000 of work. When I had my teeth pulled, it felt like they used watered down anesthetic. I could partially feel everything taking place, and even had to stop them mid extraction because of the pain. I've been to several other dentists and also had two other extractions prior to this. I felt nothing during those extractions, which were the removal of my upper le... read more
I went in for what I was told was a scheduled cleaning. It was my first time there. I had explained previously that I didn't want to be there a long time with a bunch of people in my face pushing me to spend thousands of dollars fixing my smile. But, after a long wait in the waiting roim, that's exactly what happened. All I wanted was a cleaning. I'm not ready to tackle all that dental work ( not to mention the cost!) right now. So, I'm feeling uncomfortable with going back.
Kudos to Dr.Fischer and all of the support staff. I was a gaggy scardey cat for most of my life and they have been so good at helping me through all of that. Heck, one day 3 different people had their hands in my mouth and I didn't gag or bite any of them! LOL
My regular dentist doesn't take my insurance, so I went to Aspen to give it a try. The staff was mostly kind and considerate and the dentist was very nice. However, after the X-rays, the first staff member said, "So, you're having them all pulled?" No ! I was also told I need 4 new crowns and 2 new bridges. My only income is SS, so financing this project is out of the question.
I went in to Aspen Dental 2 days ago having pain and inflammation in my lower left side of my mouth. The Dentist was great- it was upon exiting the office- when I was given my "treatment plan" that I ended up feeling like I was being "sold" unnecessary treatments- The first recommended course of treatment was a crown on my lower right side of my mouth- a crown costs over a thousand dollars- and had nothing to do with the immediate reason for my visit. Then I was presented ... See More with an additional $884 in "suggested" t... read more
