Made an appointment for my wife about a week ago for a 9:00am appointment today. We arrive at 8:40am to be early for the appointment. The majority of the paperwork was filled out online when the appointment was made. At about 9:35 she asked why she wasn't taken back yet as the office had called back 4-5 people already. The receptionist told her, oh I thought you were called back already. She told my wife they are short staff and had a couple walk ins that they took ahead of her. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS. STARTING WITH THE OWNER AND CARLA, DESIREE, BOTH ALLISON'S. THEY DON'T TELL YOU EVERYTHING THEY BEAT AROUND THE BUSH. WE HAVE AN ATTORNEY AND TAKING THEM TO COURT. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ARE YOU WILL BE WALKING AROUND TOOTHLESS.

They could be truthful with their patients. For over 2 weeks we had a date of Oct. 24th but no appointment time. Found out yesterday that the oral surgeon STILL had not gotten back to them and therefore procedure can't be done this week. $4500 I'm saving and I'm also make a claim to the State's Attorney General. If someone in the office goes on vacation there should be a backup person to fill in for the paperwork. No appt but that financing went through RIGHT NOW!!! I've had an account # since last week. I called the 800 number n was directed to the Belden village aspen dental. When I arrived I was told my insurance was not accepted!! I told her that I was upset because I came from Akron 30 min drive n was informed from the 800 number that they did take my insurance. Long story short they do not update with the 800 number on which insurance they do or do not take!! Very unprofessional!! Not one sorry came from this lady!!

I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early as directed via text message and then spent an hour sitting in the lobby waiting to be serviced. My appointment was at 12:30p.m. and I wasn’t taken back until 1:30 p.m. The dental assistant was very nice but other than that I’d say that the overall staff at Aspen Dental weren’t very pleasant or friendly. Absolutely would not recommend. Showed up 25 mins early to my appointment, was told I was double booked and that I would have to wait a bit for my appointment. Agreed. waited over an hour, with a incredible tooth ache. Had tons of xrays taken, went back, waited another 30 to 40 mins, hygienist came in, did a quick review, waited another 20 mins. My mother came in for a dental surgery and was treated horribly. Dr. Ozeskie and his surgical staff were RUDE and UNCARING. He had little to no compassion towards my mother when waking up during surgery (during all her teeth being removed for dentures) he showed no compassion and basically got mad at her for waking up during surgery.
