I have had to use Aspen Dental to get several implants done, they are the only preferred provider in my area who can do the extraction with implant in one sitting. I say had because if there’s one thing I dislike in life it’s going to the dentist, but in the end, it was a very nice experience the dentists and staff have been very professional and friendly and listen to me when I feel like something isn’t right. I was highly impressed with the Cedar Rapids, IA Team. They were very attentive to my needs and when I transferred to PA they coordinated the process. They went above and beyond to help me when I was getting no assistance from the Lebanon, PA Aspen office. I would not recommend Lebanon, PA office as they did not fulfill their commitment to take me as a transfer. Horrible communication and no answers to my questions. I cant say enough for this office. Dr George was patient and kind while fitting my new dentures. my past experience with dental care has been awful-making me maybe not the easiest if patients. I will never go anywhere else. the staff was absolutely amazing. office gals, nurses & lab....loved them all. the atmosphere was that of people that truly cared about their work and their patients.
