Extortion. Had a tooth ache and scheduled with Aspen. Took my insurance info over the phone at time of scheduling. At my appointment they told me I needed 2 crowns. At the end they told me they didn’t accept my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket for that appointment. They already knew they didn’t accept my insurance company, they should have told me so I could have gone somewhere that does, instead of waiting until the end of the appointment where I was forced to pay out of pocket. Then I had to go into someone’s off... read more

Avoid Aspen Dental at all costs. Went in with tooth pain, left with a treatment plan including crowning multiple teeth, a bunch of fillings, a diagnosis of gum disease, AND an informational paper to try to get me to get Invisalign. I was still in pain and they cranked my jaw open for so long and so wide that my TMJ musculature still acts up 2 years later, never had prior to that. I sat in pain for a few weeks while Aspen continued to tel me that I’m just sensitive and that the filling they did would be fine. My bite felt wro... read more

It was the worst dental experience in my life. Left refusing their “services”. Not only did I lose all trust in what I was to receive, a partial that used to fit perfectly was bent & unwearable when I left. They denied any blame. Not only do I now have to pay 3 times what they advertised, I now have to pay for a partial as well, that had NOTHING wrong with it until they handled it. Very expensive lesson. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend. To the contrary, I will inform others of my experience. Less than 0 rating... read more

Morally bankrupt and will shameless lie to you to get your money. Go to a local dentist, NOT a chain and certainly not aspen. They tried to tell me that 10 of my teeth needed crowned and that I had severe gum disease. I was hit with an intense treatment plan that they wanted to start immediately, asking me to pay upfront. When I refused, they convinced me to open a care credit to put the 15,000+ worth of treatment on it. After lots of refusing to schedule treatment, I got a second opinion, third opinion, fourth opinion to do... read more

1 star is the lowest that Google will let me rate Aspen Dental, otherwise, I would put 0 stars. When calling around looking for an emergency dentist, I connected with Aspen Dental. I let them know that I had an appointment the following day with my dentist, however, I was in a great deal of pain due to a broken tooth. The appointment setter told me that she could get me in today, however, they didn't accept my insurance network. She stated that I could get a free appointment, however, for my first visit and the dentist could... read more

I went in for an emergency visit for a broken tooth. This had been my first visit of the year so cleaning and visit should’ve been covered. They pushed me to get Invisalign, mind you I came in for a tooth that was making me scream and vomit in pain, and quoted me an astronomical amount to fix my teeth. I was then also told I HAD to get Invisalign before any work was done on my teeth. They asked me if I wanted a cleaning, then literally talked right outside the door of how I was probably “not going to pay” and made a huge dea... read more

Dentist rushed. Went in for tooth repair but they were all rotted...with no pain! pushed toward dentures. Will get you in fast...always an opening...why? Because everyone is rushed thru so fast they can double book all day. Estimate included BEST set of dentures...no choice of cheaper set. Lots of smaller fees added...cancer testing...scaling...etc. Disappointed.
