I was pleased and had such a pleasant experience at the Chattanooga Office of Aspen that I will send people their way. A special shout out to Meagan, Alisha, Mackenzie, and to Doreen that cleaned my teeth. Dr. Boling was super and the lab tech Steve really knew what he was talking about. I'm in the customer service business so I know great customer service when I see it. A five star experience for sure.
Alisha is the best assistant. She helps me with everything and makes sure i understand everything to the best of my knowledge.
I have been so impressed with the care everyone has taken concerning my anxiety, dental issues and medical issues. Everyone here has been upbeat and professional. I have never felt relaxed going to a dentist until now. I want to thank all the ones that have worked with me ...Dr. Boling is excellent and her assistants Gema and Alisha also..Megan and Courtney were wonderful in the front office explaining all that needed to be done and breaking it down. I am very happy to be an Aspen Dental patient..

Great friendly staff. Took the time to explain a plan and was very understanding of my financial needs. Justin took the time to answer all my questions about plans implants and was very nice also about my father needs. Just over all very great service.
I went to the office today and everyone was so nice! From the woman doing the X-rays to the doctor herself! So personable! Justin helped break down all the costs so efficiently!
