Do not go to this dentist if you have any sort of anxiety or want any kind of bedside manner…they do not know how to deal with it appropriately. My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled and part way through the procedure she had a panic attack. They treated it as though she could just turn it off and allow them to get the procedure done. Be aware of billing issues!! I kept having different balances, talked to office manager, receptionist or whoever and was told different excuses. The balance was from my cleaning in 2019, but she said I could come in for my cleaning, only to be told when I arrived, I still have a balance! Being it’s 2021 of April I called AETNA in the dentist office, only to find out from AETNA I had no new claims submitted nor did I have a balance. Plus my cleanings were free twice a year!! My fiance was in there on Monday to have 3 teeth removed. Two of which were cut out and stitches put in. Sent him home telling him his prescription would be at the pharmacy for pick up. Pharmacy never received prescription we have called everyday repeatedly since. It is now Friday, 4 days later and still no response or medication. Even calling the emergency number and them saying they would contact the doctor and have him give him a call back. Still nothing! been waiting now 9 months to get dentures, keep getting the run a round, I can not even get them to return calls (v/M) anymore. Now trying to get a refund !!!
Tried to get invisalign through Aspen Dental. I called at 6 weeks, called again at 8 weeks and again on week 11. It took them 12 weeks to finally inform me that the dentist I saw no longer works there, the case was sent to another office and the scans were never submitted. No one ever returned any calls and none of the office staff seemed to know or care what was going on. They charged me the day I got the scans so I've been paying for nothing for the last 4 months.
They were having problems doing a simple charge to my insurance company. I’ve called 4 times about this billing issue to resolve it and they told me they will handle it. Then I get a collection notice in the mail. Don’t ever go here.
