My children went in for a routine cleaning in December. We have insurance and have had the same insurance for 10 years. The office staff have not billed insurance despite multiple phone calls. Insurance covers their cleanings completely so we shouldn’t be getting a bill. I don’t understand why it has taken 5 phone calls and still it is not correct? Price was agreed upon . Work 3/4 done and now told 460 more. They are not honest! Trying to fleece a Senior with Cancer
I recently had a tooth pulled and though they were nice I feel it was rushed and they didn't give me enough time to get fully numb. So I was in a great deal of pain. I went to work after and about 5 min later I finally felt relief because I finally became numb. I was told it was infected, yet it was pulled and I was given no medication. I've been here before and they did well, though prices seem high, this time I felt they wanted me out the door as they close early on Fridays.
Wanted to give me a $2000 cleaning. Insane prices and I have dental insurance! Dr was nice but hygienist came in never said what she was doing and just started stabbing between my teeth, hurt like heck with no explanation what was going on. After I was told it’s too see how much to charge me for a cleaning😲 they charge per tooth to b me cleaned. Insane and super costly! Going to a different dentist to get a 2nd opinion on this “deep cleaning” for $2000 that I supposedly need
The service was good but the wait is horrible. The 1st day I went they failed to tell me it was a consultation only. Total waste of time. The wait from beginning to end was 1.5 hours for that appointment. I came back 2 days later for a cleaning and waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes before I was brought back. The hygienist was very nice and she knew I was upset and kept apologizing for the delay....don't expect that from the ones up front. I received a voicemail asking me to call back.. I did only to be put on hold for over 15 minutes...I gave up... Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment as asked only to wiat 15 minutes beyond my appointment... Was not happy with what they were trying to charge me... Will not be going back

Told my wife she needed extreme cleaning for $500. Tried to sell her the same toothbrush she's been using for years. It's all about the money. We went to get a second opinion and was told nothing wrong with her teeth that a regular cleaning wouldn't take care of. Always trying to sell you something and wants to collect money before a procedure is even done. Not the first time I've had problems with that office.
Not happy at all. The receptionist was nice. As for everyone else...I wasn't sure who I was seeing. No one introduced themselves. They took 19 x-rays of my teeth and my mouth was bleeding from that. I sat in a chair for almost an hour and a half. They just kept telling me to turn the channel on the TV instead of getting a hygienist or dentist to visit me. I walked out without even seeing the dentist. I would not recommend this place at all.
