I took my friend here to get implants and the office staff was so accommodating and professional, and her outcome was amazing! I thought maybe I should give them a try, so I booked an appointment for their Motto aligners and from Emily at the front desk to Joe the office manager and the dentist Dr Patel, I was astonished how wonderful I was treated. Unfair & Deceptive trade practices. This specific franchisee does NOT Honor the offerings of their Franchise. Don't even contemplate relying on the stated online prices as their first attempted theft began at $3,999 and the website provided a quote for my EXACT procedure at $299.99. I have/had no teeth just the upper appliance needed a new tooth buth the replacement here was said to be cheaper then the repair, NOT!

Complete horror show. Commack office does not care or give the care I expected. I went there for a complete top denture. They have four grades of denture. I picked the premium. Cost of $2300.00 what they made for me was below the standard. The finished product was missing two teeth and expected me to be happy with what I got. They no longer call me back since I was there on the sixth of February 2025 and they got their money. I want this resolved. We'll see about their 100% money back guarantee

I went to the Aspen in Commack early this morning since my crown came off on Thanksgiving and I asked if they could reinstall it. I was the only one there at the time and was told they couldn't fix it since they were booked and to come by NEXT week. What BS. A quick fix and they were not the least helpful. Will NEVER go back. Prices are EXTREMELY HIGH. I'm on Medicaid which they don't accept, but told me they have affordable care for 39$ a year. Sounded great until I asked if that included a cleaning and it does NOT , so a cleaning ranges between $500 & $1000!!!!! The BUDGET gives you 15% off.

I went to the one in Oceanside. This place is a horror show. I feel bad for the office manager. She is so nice but the staff look for ways to make money and could not care less about the patients.they looked at my mouth and said that all the caps and crowns I had need to come out. Did I mention I went there for a bottom tooth in the back. They have an oral surgeon who comes one day a month.Are you kidding me? They spent all my insurance money on x rays and I was there for 2 hours and they took 5 minutes to talk about the too... read more
