Dental assistant Tammy will get upset if the novocaine doesn’t work. If you ask her why she has an attitude she might just accuse you of having one, even though you haven’t said a word and simply react to the pain. 2 failed attempts at a nerve block (missed the mark Doc) and I leave 2 hours later with no filling and half of a wasted day.
We had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. When we arrived they told us that they don't follow appointment schedules they just like to know how many people will be coming in for services. It was 10:30 before we even got back to the exam room. Bad customer service. You make an appointment for a reason.
lost a crown and they wanted to pull all my teeth and put in dentures or implants. I told them that wasn't an option and they wouldn't give it up. They did glue crown on but it fell of the next morning. Went back to my dentist and she glued it in and it is staying and they do not want to pull any of my teeth. Aspen just wants the almighty dollar.
Absolutely the last place you should go if you are having tooth pain cause they don’t give 1 care.
THIS WAS THE WORST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! I WENT IN FOR AN XRAY AND THE LADY TRYING TO DO THEM HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSANITAIRE & ROUGH WITH NO FINESSE. BARELY ANYONE SPEAKS GOOD ENGLISH. TRUST ME,GO TO A DIFFERNT ASPEN
I switched clinics to go to the CR clinic, the dentist said he could save my tooth but come to find out he wasn't a dentist at that clinic, he was just standing in for someone....the dentist at the clinic, who haven't even seen me, say they can't save the tooth. I asked that they call me right away this morning, no call and now they are closed. I'm so frustrated with the run around I'll just pay to go see a good Specialist that takes their time to spend with me so I know I’m getting the best treatment and I’ll pay for it out... read more
Aspen Dental office management is poor. When you have an error in billing they are unwilling to work it out. Don't return calls they hang up when they don't like resolving any problems. I will never recommend them to anyone

I got uppers and lowers pulled and the plates. The uppers are find.The lowers are not. After paying 4,600 $ you would they fit properly. The dentist told me after asking 4 times after 4 visits they are suppose to flop around. I have to put polident on them at least 4 times a day. She must think I'm stupid but I know that's not right. I know people that don't put nothing on them. Sha said I could have 2 implants put in to hold them down. Another 5,000 $. With paying out of pocket and being retired that won't happen.
