I got uppers and lowers pulled and the plates. The uppers are find.The lowers are not. After paying 4,600 $ you would they fit properly. The dentist told me after asking 4 times after 4 visits they are suppose to flop around. I have to put polident on them at least 4 times a day. She must think I'm stupid but I know that's not right. I scheduled my wisdom teeth to be pulled 3 weeks ago. I just got a call at 4pm and got told the oral surgeon wouldn't be in on my scheduled date, which is TWO days away. I took time off for this and they informed me that they can do it on Monday, but not sedated! They want to take out all 4 at once, and offered no sedation on a day I cannot get off. I do have to say at least I can get my x-rays and try another place.
The staff is very unprofessional. Will never use their services again. Complaint has been forwarded to the Regional Manager who supposedly is calling me back w/I 24 hrs. No expectations with these people.
Do not go to these people unless your teeth are rotting out of your mouth and you cannot get to a dentist anywhere in the state. GO ELSEWHERE!!! They specialize in dentures bc after the dentist gets his/her hands on your teeth you'll need them. The Dentist in Coon Rapids MN did such a horrible job that after paying $900 out of pocket I now have to pay another $400 to another dentist for an emergency root canal. Thanks Aspen Dental for making me look like Bubbles girlfriend.
Grab yourself a cup of coffee because this is a long one. In July 2016 I chose this clinic as my primary dental clinic and scheduled appointments for August. The number one reason I wanted to go to this clinic was because it had evening and Saturday hours. I wanted to make sure in 6 months when we had to have follow ups I would not need to pull my children from school or miss work. I have not been to your dentist but my daughter was. Yes, she has to have some extensive work done that she will have to find a way to pay for but when she came to you to try and find a solution and one of your suggestions is a GoFundMe account. Seriously? I am appalled that your company would suggest that someone set up a GoFundMe account. Maybe a better solution would be for your company to do fund raising and setup an account that people in hardship can apply to for help.
