RecommendedUpdate: I went in for a root canal today, to only get put off on another Dr I guess bc Dr O had something better to do. He came in, and clearly didn’t want to mess with me today! Not only did I not get the root canal, I will not be back!!! I love Aspen Dental! They are very professional and kind. I went to the Stockbridge location this time and Akeno is a great hygienist!! She was funny and kind. I would recommend this place!

Have an emergency extraction that needs to be done. Went to endo who did all scans and images, said I needed an oral surgeon. The only dental who takes Cigna is Aspen. Called, they insisted I needed a consult, new images, and the closest oral surgeon they had was an hour away. I told them I already had images, which insurance had just paid for, and they wouldn't cover another set and had perfectly good ones. Sorry, ma'am, that's our policy. My first experience with the old staff and doctor was great !! But these new staff are rude and unprofessional.. Plus they are trying to scam me out of pocket. I have the coverage and dental benefits.. my insurance has sent me an approval letter. But these folks are trying to tell me I don’t have the benefit. Something isn’t right .. Receptionists are very unprofessional when it comes to booking appointments. They say they will call you back and never do. Also, please don’t call to get general information on pricing or availability. They will place you on hold & hang up in your face without warning. I have been trying to reschedule an appointment since 4 months ago & No hope. It’s sad. At first, I thought it was because of being busy but when it’s every single time.

Outrageous prices. Covington GA location quoted me $2800 for a cleaning. I went down the street made an appointment for a cleaning on Monday. 200 dollars.
