I had an appointment at the Covington office in February. Started out fine. Sat down and went over 3 different treatment plans. When I called to get started, I was told a different price that was twice what I was told. I called and left messages for Jamie and the calls were never returned. I actually did speak with her once but she was supposed to call back after checking on something but call was never returned. Found another dentist and called requesting my xrays be emailed to me. Was not done. Don't go there.

tell a person in detail what is going to happen on the first visit. listen to what the patient wants instead of pushing them into something they don't want done

I called ahead and scheduled a routine teeth cleaning; instead they ran all these test, drained my work insurance, told me there was no openings to get my teeth cleaned, and charge me another fee for service that I didn’t ask fir. Then told me I would have to pay an additional &325 to get my teeth cleaned and have to reschedule. “The deception” I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

i broke a tooth and was in dire need of help. i had to save up a whole month to be able to go see a dentist because I can't afford insurance. So after having a great experience with the staff over the phone and at the front desk only to have my heart broken and told they couldn't help me right now because I have very high blood pressure. Only to have a temporary filling put in the broken spot. Now several hours later that filling is already coming out. This place is a joke! Now I have to find another place to help me.

After experiencing a negative vibe and attitude from the front desk receptionist, I decided to cancel my appointment before even being seen. She made me feel very uncomfortable there as well. I don't think I would ever be back at this location again.
