Even though they didn't take my Insurance the free exam and X-rays was an amazing experience from the Dental Assiant which I believe her name was "Cat" or "Kat" she was absolutely perfect. Although she hit me in the mouth with the X-ray machine 4 times she was a charm to be around. The doctor was very professional and made sure I was comfortable and well informed of my situation and what routes to take. I definitely was nervous about visiting the dentist since it had been a while. But they managed to make me feel right at home and comfortable with my surroundings.
The absolutely best place, everyone is amazing. I will never ever go any where else. The way everyone treats you is absolutely astounding. I have never met such friendly, caring people. From the minute you come through their front door they make you feel like family. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental.
. I went to Aspen Dental probably the most anxious I have ever been because my teeth were wrecked from my pregnancy. The first appointment was free and they offered the full exam and x-rays. This is after two separate sessions, after complaining in the office multiple times about the quality of the filling work I was still not satisfied. The close-ups are the after. Also the office manager waited two months, $6000, and three root canals later to tell me that the treatment plan that I was sold on she did not think the office could complete satisfactorily
I would not recommend going to Aspen Dental on highway21 in Covington unless you want your mouth to get messed up and hurt you even after it’s been over a year since having work done. I had 2 crowns put in the left bottom side of my mouth and to this day my mouth still gives me problems which it didn’t before they gave me them. I’ve gone up there MULTIPLE times for them to fix my mouth feeling like this and hurting like this and each time they just shaved down the crown more and more but yet here I am at 4am with my mouth ha... read more
They tell you one thing and then day before services call and tell you something else. Won't be using their services & WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
