Horrible service! Also liars the Covington office is no good since Dr.Cheryl Vincent left and Tobias is a liar and scam artist!!
Don't expect to get out quickly, went in at 9:50 and did not leave until 6:30 PM. My boyfriend was supposed to have his tooth pulled after his cleaning which he finished at 4:30, and then they had him wait 2 hours to have a tooth pulled, numbed his mouth TWICE and then told him he has to reschedule because they were backed up. Considering they gave us a price of 10 thousand dollars for his treatment, and him being there since 9:50, he would be top priority. Absolutely ridicuois. Worst dental experience of my life.
The entire staff team is caring, encouraging, empathetic, knowledgeable, soft spoken, kind, patient. I will be recommending them to all my friends and contacting the headquarters of Aspen Dental to communicate all my feilings of appreciation, as well. :)
