Short staffed. Waited over an hour to be called to an exam room. They weren't prepared or even seem to know what my appointment was for. In the exam room for 10 minutes and still didn't see the Dr. for a consultation.

I went for a broken tooth. They required me to have a new patient exam. I had an appointment at 2pm. I did my customer paperwork online. When I showed up, I had to enter all the information again. They didn’t call me back until 2:20. I had what appeared to be a new person doing my X-rays, she had to retake many scans. It took over an hour to have the X-rays and scan done. They have fly by night dentist come in and do a treatment plan. All was good but NOW the dentist we originally saw is gone and not returning to this location. They were going to have a DIFFERENT dentist finish up the treatment plan that the first dentist created. Then THAT dentist didn't want to do the treatment the first dentist was going to do. NOW they want us to meet with the owner (which we had a HORRIBLE experience with before) and work up a NEW treatment plan. THIS MUST BE THEIR NEW SCAM! Stole $600 from us, WON'T c... read more

You will wait for hours only to find out you were never checked in for your appointment so you have to reschedule. You will call for weeks about something that was ordered only to find out they have no idea when it will be in or can schedule you.

Went in to get a tooth pulled ony to find out I was suppose to take an antibotic before getting it pulled that no one told me about. Then they gave me two with just alittle water and those pills were hugh needed more water. Not very friendly and nothing about my bill was explained to me just told me they would send me a bill because this lady was on the phone and didn't have time to go over things with me.

They don’t take my insurance so it would have been $180 ..which I cannot afford at this time. The lady was pretty insensitive and did not seem to care about my tooth pain at all especially once she knew I couldn’t afford the tooth extraction.

Never get seen on time of scheduled appointment, going on an hour now past appointment time, I have been quoted a price, then on the next visit told that status or condition of a tooth had changed and of course the treatment would be more expensive. Came in for an emergency once and charged a walk in visit and have been a patient for over 6 months.

Okay so I went in to get fillings done. Several people came and saw me. I had a wonderful girl do my X-ray. Then a hygenist and the dentist herself. They told me I had gingivitis. Not explaining where or how severe. I didn’t have any blood when I brushed my teeth and spit. I was like.. okay? Mild cases can be treated at home with brushing at least 3 times daily with the correct tooth paste and mouthwash to fight it. They wanted $600 to fix it. They refused to do anything unless I had my oh so “severe” gingivitis treated. The... read more
