My Appointment was 4:15. I finally was seen at 6:15. Never got an explaination.
Horrible place, they never listened to what I wanted just wanted to upsalr me on work I didn't want at this moment. I have a toothache I wanted fixxed, and still have that toothache. I would never go back there and will never advise others to go there.
Not only were other Customers yelling at the staff and cursing at them - They also made me wait a total of 3 hours before i got my free Exam and check in - I can tell you that im not returning and secondly my 5 Thousand dollar bill is not price friendly.

After an initial exam I was told I would need $250.00 cleaning and x-ray before they could repair a broken filling. Then I would need $3400 in crowns. For a total of around $3600. I then went to another dentist who did x-rays and repaired the filling for a total of $285. I was also told, by the second dentist that what the first guy said was decay on the x-ray was actually an old filling that was still good. Let the patient be ware!
Financial options aren't realistic for people with no insurance.. had a great experience with scheduling and the actual appointment .. didn't follow through with care because I couldn't afford the payment plans... I was disappointed
They was rude and was all about money and my insurance they called me 3times to get my insurance before my appointment and then when I went there they didn't even do a temporary fix for me and they spoke to me like I wasn't important and they lack customer service
Well, I'm like the rest of the people on here, Charging high rates for an x-ray using the reasoning of no work can be done, or be seen by the dentist with out the complete x-ray. and for a upper denture. Just to have the dentist run his fingers around my mouth and charge me $75for an exam.
Dayton, OH Office: Went online and my insurance was listed as one they accepted. I made an appointment. arrived early. and completed all the paperwork. Sat in the lobby for 20 minutes beyond the time of my appointment. They called me to the desk and said they weren't accepting new patience with Dental Care Plus. NOT ACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME.
