WARNING WARNING: THIS IS A CHAIN STORE, NOT A REAL CARING DENTIST OFFICE. HIGH PRESSURE UPSELL, HOLD PEOPLE HOSTAGE INSTEAD OF PROVIDING PROMISED CARE. Had appointment at 2pm 10/30/2018 for broken tooth repair. Was taken back at 2:20pm. Wish I could give a ZERO star rating. Broke a front tooth. Called explained had a funeral to attend tomorrow and needed repaired. Girl said no problem. Get there, they take tons of xrays I didn't need or want. Then tell me I have to "talk to the girls up front" and make an appointment to get ... read more

Illegal practice. Stay away from this illegal corporate chain that stayed afloat after it lost a 1.7 million dollar class action lawsuit.

I went in yesterday to see about getting a lower denture. They took LOTS of xrays & LOTS of my time. When the dental hygenist came in she said my upper teeth were Not good & they are fine. I told her I came in for a denture. Doc comes in & I was not impressed! She didn't seem to want to discuss any ? I asked her. The economy denture has a 6 MONTH warranty on it for $800.00. What a joke! I'm going back to affordable!

Worst facility we have ever been to, not only were we charged an ungodly amount for extractions and dentures they left a wisdom tooth then charged us another fee for that, when my husband went in because the dentures didn't fit and had mold growing on them which by the way soaking didn't get rid of they wanted to charge $400 to clean them, I wouldn't recommend this company of my worst enemy and will be speaking to my attorney about this matter paid over $4000 for nothing

Business response:

I'm sorry to hear that you and you husband haven't had a positive experience, Alishia. We value your feedback, and I can pass it along to the Patient Satisfaction team, but I also know they would like to discuss this with you. Please call them at 1-866-273-8606 so they can help address your concerns. - Emily, ADMI

Dr. Patel told me I had all kinds of issues with my mouth and that my teeh were decaying. Also was told i had periodontal disease, which was never the case. Got said tooth pulled, well new dentist told me my teeth are fine and the tooth was pulled for no reason. Do not recommend and will not be returning. None of these issues ever exsisted, I not only paid for work that didn't need to be done, but I put myself through unnecessary pain and a perfectly fine tooth getting pulled.

This is the first time that I feel genuinely compelled to write a negative review about a place/service, but my experience with Aspen Dental was so awful that I must warn people. Now, if you have a dental insurance, you might be slightly luckier, but if you don't have one and suddenly find yourself in need of medical attention, prepare yourself for a RIP OFF. These people don't care about the well being of their patients, they are after YOUR money. The nurse that took my X-rays seemed more interested in me rating their stupi... read more

Recent appt for cleaning. Tech never introduced herself, never told me her name. Just gave me fluoride and didn't ask if I wanted it. Was told I would have a choice at last spot. Then charged me for it because insurance doesn't pay for it. The thing is exray tech office manager dentist were all wonderful on my first visit. Will continue evaluating them on 03/09 when I return for a filing.
