Horrible experience they charged the credit card and it will be paid off this month since the interest free period is up and screwed up the crown buildup now I have to pay another big bill to fix their mistake!! I should not still be waiting for a crown when it was supposed to have been done in July 2016!!! ��� oh and they do not follow the care plans at all and then tell you it is paid for but wrong I bet when they finally do get the crown on I will be expected to pay extra since they did a special cleaning and not the fill... read more

I went after 4 years of not going back and was told it would take about an hour to reline the dentures that I have. After arriving the girl that took me back was NOT friendly at all, the Dr came in and told me I would have to leave the dentures for 2 days to get them taken care of....NOT gonna happen that is for sure. I work 2 jobs and need my teeth, Also said could NOT fix the bottom plate as I had no bones.... Well you are the ones that pulled all my teeth and said these would be fine! I have been going there for three years. Recently I had some work done and paid for it according to the estimate they gave me. Six month later I received a bill for the amount I already paid. In addition, I paid for services in June/July. Those are not showing up as having been paid, even though I have the bank statements to prove it. Makes me sad because I really liked the staff there. Unfortunately, I can't play the funny money games with them. :-(

Very impressed with oral surgeon that pulled my teeth. My complaint is not meeting appointment times. 35 minutes late for surgery and 1 hour and 10 minutes for appointment next day to check surgery (This appointment took five minutes.

Free visit cost $190.00 for 15 minutes and a little cement for a temp. bridge. They suck

I went for my initial visit and was told what it would cost for for the work that needed to be done. I was also told that there was no charge for the first visit. 2 weeks later they decided to add on $1500 worth of work that was not on the original quote. Work that DID NOT need to be done. Now a month later I get a bill for $188 for the first visit which I was told had no charges. RIP OFF! Would not recommend them to anyone

I can't believe anyone would give them a 5 star rating. I went there for an initial visit and wanted to get a teeth cleaning, and they gave me an estimate that it would cost $2600 with my insurance. They take you into an office and shut the door and try to pressure you into paying that amount that day or applying for credit to pay! I felt a little weird about the entire situation so I went to a another dentist to get a 2nd opinion and my cost there to fix two cavities and get a teeth cleaning with my insurance was $95! The people were very nice, and helpful but gave us an estimate of 14,000 dollars for extraction and dentures. We thought that ridiculous.
