I have had the best experience with this location. Even tho the doctors have changed, the care and effectiveness has not. I had bad teeth and now I could be the smile for a better tomorrow. Thank you Dedham office..YOU ROCK!!!!!
RecommendedThey could be more truthful about their underhand dealings and their false advertising. After my first post I got a message from customer care saying to give them a call to discuss things so I called them and never got through. I left a message but was never called back. It has been months since I was there and my gums are still sore from them trying to make my partial dentures fit.I get mad all over again when I wake up with a sore mouth. I do not recommend them.

I have no problem with the work they do on my teeth however their manager tried to get me to schedule 4 caveats to be drilled by the end of the year. Also a cleaning. It all came out to 700 out of pocket. Why am I being rushed to drill these caveats before the end of the year? The dentist told me two of the four r not yet a concern? I felt so taken advantage of it was ridiculous. There are three months left in the year..slam me with 700? I don't think so. When I first got to the office they said I owed $187 from my last visit. When I said I had already paid they denied that and said they had to look into it - turns out they had applied my payment to the wrong patient! After I was done with my cleaning I went to make my next appointment and they said I owed $55 for this visit because of the Flouride they used. Preventative visits are covered 100% by my insurance and when I asked why I was being charged extra they said because they "had to use a particular fluoride on my teeth"... read more
The worst scam i ever been to..i made an appointment for a cleaning they tell me thete they dont do the dirst visit cleanings..i made an appt for a cleaning ...then they said 4000.00 to fix my teeth and no time to clean my teeth i needed another apt for that..what a scam..as i went to walk out then they had an opening to clean my teeth.....RUDE SCAMERS....NEVER EVER AGAIN...
I wish there was a -star option. This office is ridiculous. The hygienist was unfriendly. Poked around in my mouth and told me I had gingivitis (which I have gone to other well known dental offices whom all of which said that was not true)..the technician that did the X-ray's was coughing in her mask the whole time.. (which those masks only block debris.. Not germ particles) I noticed that there was no protective film on any of the things they touched and finally here comes the numbers game..i felt that because my finances w... read more
