RecommendedI'm going to be honest. I really never wanted to go back to this location but a horrible toothache and the ease of getting to from work made me break down and call. I am glad I did! Totally new team, new dentists who were all so professional and friendly. Even in dizzy pain I appreciated how terrific they all were. They got me right in, helped eliminate the immediate issue and we reviewed future options. I can not express enough how great this team is!

I was hesitant to make another appt at this location after a horrible experience a few years ago. However, I love how convenient the location and parking is, so I decided to give them another visit. To my pleasant surprise, an entire new team! EVERYONE was accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. I simply cannot remember the last time that I went into any other dental office and was made to feel so relaxed. The entire staff from the time I entered the building until the time I left were so warm and welcoming. Every procedure was explained to me in terms that I could understand, and the hygienist was the best one ever. She was gentle and understood all of my fears, and took great care of my mouth. I am proud to say I am a new patient at Aspen Dental in Dedham. Everyone there is very nice. From when you walk in, to when you are done with your appointment. My first visit I went in because I was in PAIN! They did what dentists do and informed me I need to get a procedure done. That next week (this week) I got it done. Their professionalism is superb to say the least. Thank you all again.
