I was pleasantly surprised by the great service that I received from the staff and doctor at your Mills Civic location in West Des Moines, Ia. Since I did not have dental insurance it was almost impossible (I was told not to go to Aspen Dental because they were just out to get your money with unnecessary treatments)pay for a total upper denture on social security. Dr. Fatah is friendly and very professional with my needs. After many years, finally I can smile again. All stuff was very friendly and professional and they made me super comfortable. Kasie was very helpful with all financial needs. I strongly believe that Aspen Dental was the best choice that I could have ever made. I Strongly recommend Dr. Fatah for implants and over denture needs.
Aspen Dental On Merle Hay Road in Des Moines has got it together. Very courteous and professional. They we're very knowledgeable and accommodating. All of the stuff was very polite . The lady who helped me check out was very kind and professional. I will highly recommend this location.
I have a phobia of dentists. Dr. Fatah was fantastic!!!! first time I have ever laughed or smiled in a dental office. all the staff were spectacular. I was felt at ease. thank you all so much for being accommodating to my fears.
Very efficient and kind! I have to get a tooth pulled so I’ll tell ya later how that goes but I’m sure it will be fine!
I can’t say enough positive things about the staff!! I got in for an appointment same day I called after having a crown fall off. Turns out the tooth had broken off and I needed to have the tooth built up again and a new crown replacement made. They ended up being able to get me in that same day for that procedure as well. Went in the same day I called them. Had never gone before. Terrible sudden toothache. They hooked me up with a free exam and prescribed something for the pain to get me by until my extraction. Very judgment free! No sermons or lectures. The extraction itself took maybe 30 seconds after I was numbed up. I HATE going to the dentist. But going to the Merle Hay location was a great experience!
Had my first filling today and it was great!! Didn’t feel anything!!
