I had my first appointment today. I had to have two teeth extracted. I had a great experience. Everyone their was very sweet and Kind. Hannah was the best though she made it to were I could get out of pain by giving me a payment plan to pay on the 30th. All of y'all where a blessing in my life today. I will definitely recommend Aspen Dental when asked. Thank You so much.
The whole crew is super nice..thank you for making me feel comfortable..I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist ...I knew I was going to have to have a lot of dental work done and I just really was scared to go but y'all helped me conquer my fear and it was not as bad as I thought...I can't wait to get my pretty smile back and after next week I will have that...thanks y'all for working with me financially to help me on this journey...I can't say thank you enough...if anyone needs dental work done this is the place..... read more
Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. SLOW SLOW SLOW. I ordered retainers over two months ago that I paid $600 and they still haven’t come in. I have called and called and no one will even answer the phone. I am so so so unhappy with my service. They rarely even have an actual dentist in the office. 10/10 do NOT recommend

This past Wednesday I had 2 teeth removed preparing for partials that I had planned to get at Aspen Dental in Dyersburg. It was the most pain ive ever experienced, i felt every time he jiggled my tooth. i felt horrible terrifying pain in my head that felt like a bat had shattered my my face. It was hours of hell.
