I do not recommend this office or Dr. The front desk is very rude and pushy for payment. I have had issues with this clinic ongoing since June 2022. I went in for two fillings on my front teeth which of course got changed to crowns. The Dr tried giving me FREE dental work on my other front teeth that didn’t even need it. When I went back to get my permanent crowns put on the Dr said my front teeth look like two brown eggs and they didn’t match my other natural teeth at all. We drove 2 hours to visit them for a Saturday appointment. We confirmed the appointment! And no one was there. We called the call service, waited 10 minutes and when it was our turn, no one said anything. Called back and it was another 10 minute hold! Spent over $40 to drive round trip for nothing. And we really needed to see the dentist!
stop lying to patients...hire fully licensed dentists...absolute miserable experience in my life..still cannot bite food or eat and when I go back for adjustments all they do is get out their emora boards! now in my 5th week

tried several times to make a set of dentures. they both looked horses teeth. demanded a refund will never go back

I had a tooth extraction done afterwards I realized there was still a piece of tooth from where it wasn’t extracted. I tried to call Aspen dental everyday left messages and everything yet no one would return my calls.. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone. I’ve had to go to a different dentist to correct their mistake. Also while I was there they tried to give me a 5000 dental plan with stuff on there that I had already said I didn’t want to receive. Long wait for nothing, couldn't do root canal and didn't want to do the extraction same day. Take some ibuprofen and come back Monday...waste of time

Boyfriend had teeth pulled on Thursday, after it finally stopped bleeding and packing was stopped on Friday. A peice of tooth or bone was sticking out and office closed at 1 pm on Friday. Pain and swelling all weekend with no way to contact the office.
