I got their most expensive dentures have had nothing but problems. Went in today to get yet another adjustment and the Dr..wants to argue with me that they are the best noone does dentures better... my opinion doesn't matter.. I am wrong he is right... I said fine we will agree to disagree... the Dr tells me to leave... he doesn't have to "help" me... help me umm just wow!! He then follows me and my wife out saying he owns the place and to get out. The experience was horrifying! I took my teen daughter to get her teeth cleaned at the Elyria location, her cleaning was because her braces just got removed the week prior. The hygienist, KATRINA, was absolutely horrible, uncaring, extremely rough, and rough with moving of the head, basically jerking it back and forth to get it in position. I was quoted 260 for a teeth cleaning/ gingivitis (wasn’t getting the extra fluoride and crap) so I paid 50 down and 210 the first visit and was told the second visit was paid for. Get here for my appointment and they want another 100+. Absolutely ridiculous prices for cleaning. And incredibly sad I paid a sitter to watch my son only to leave with nothing accomplished. Disappointed is an understatement.

From the beginning of the process I felt like I was being set up to be sold something. There was a salesmanship formula to what the staff were doing. By the end of it the head of the office wanted to get me into a loan that over the lifetime of the loan would cost me nearly 10,000 dollars with a rate of 29.99%. This is medicine in America today. Make as much money as possible on People's health.

Will never go there again. Beware, my wife was over charged over $850 and when I questioned it they said it was correct and I didn't understand the billing. Even my insurance advocate was rebuffed when she contacted them on my behalf. I had to file an official grievance (yes that is what it is called) with my insurance company to get them to cough up a refund. No apologies or anything. Glad I go my money back that was due me, but I wonder how many others they are robbing.

They lied about the cost of getting a tooth pulled. They said the call center told me the wrong price. They are very nasty unpleasant people. I would NEVER go there again !!!

I needed an Emergency Repair to my Partial Denture. I called Sandusky's office and went there for the repair. I was told they didn't have a Technician on DUTY so my repair would be SENT OUT (I need my TEETH FIXED NOW)... so I asked about Elyria Office she called and I was on my way. I arrived to a Cheery Greeting, all charges were explained and in 2 Hours I had my repair work done!!! Thank You So Much Elyria Team... Sandusky you need to STEP UP YOUR GAME you are sadly lacking in customer service....
