I set up an appointment for a cleaning two weeks ago. Two hours into the appointment, the cleaning hadn't started yet and I had to leave for another appointment. What happened during those two hours was an extended sales pitch for extra services and Invisalign, including a sales pitch from the dentist, another from the hygienist, and a third from what seemed to be a literal salesperson who took me into her office to discuss the upsells. She used assumptive selling to suggest that I had already agreed to the Invisalign. I had... read more

Came in on Tuesday for a sore tooth. Was told infection under crown & needs root canal. Given antibiotics & ibuprofen. Next day face swollen so bad can’t see out of right eye. Came back, was sent away told to go to ER. Went to ER told to follow up with dentist 48 hrs. Here now, Friday, for over an hour. Face still swollen still having a lot of pain. What would you recommend??

The staff, in general, was friendly and informative. The dentist spent about 5-10 minutes in the room for my exam and left the hygienist to explain everything to me. (He only looked at me and said I should've been seeing a dentist every 6 months). Then I was told the total amount for dental work would be around $11,000. (Yes.... $11 THOUSAND). They told me I needed extensive work and could finance everything for about 60 months. I went to a different dentist the next day and had all necessary dental work for $1300. No financ... read more

They want to charge me almost $800 for a hard re-line on my dentures, when in fact you can get a new basic set for $700. Ain't that some shit!!! I have no insurance! I only make $700 a month, go figure.

I first went to Aspen a year ago. I was treated well but was advised to have a deep cleaning because of early signs of gum desease. Expensive but I did it. Went back for regular cleaning, Again they recommended additional deep cleaning at 3 times the price as previous visit. Also wanted to do additional work that was extremely expensive. Then would not accept my dental insurance. I walked out but still had to pay for visit and e-rays. Will NOT GO back. Would only recommend them to people who have money to burn.

Get a second opinion before forking out money. Before you know it, most if not all of your teeth are getting crowns.
