their customer service is a joke. their office support are scummy folks with zero care for their patients.

This place is absolute garbage. Terrible customer service, terrible treatment of patients. They push and lie to try and get you to approve subpar work so they don’t have to redo it. They refuse to make things right. I will never in my life refer a person to them, nor will I ever come back to them again. They now supposedly no longer label dentures even though it’s mandated in the Illinois dental practice. Or maybe that’s just what they say so they don’t have to accept a return ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Customer service sucks! They sent my prescription for my pain meds to the wrong pharmacy so I was in pain for hours….

These People Are RIP Offs ! Horriable upper Teeth ! I Paid 1,400 Dollars and They Look Like Horses Teeth. Not White At All. Go To A Real Dentist. Of Course They Want Their Money In Advance ! They Prey On The Elderly !

The woman that answers the phone most of the time flat out hung up on me after I requested a copy of my dental records. Their scheduling system is an absolute train wreck. My husband and I were in there on two separate occasions and both times there was someone complaining that their appointment didn't even get properly scheduled. Happened to me as well! Their only saving grace was Julia, an oral hygienist, that treated me with total respect and was very empathetic towards my feelings. She also did wonderful work. You deserv... read more

I was told I had no cavities or broken teeth in the area I had lot pain on. Perhaps my bite was off due to wear on my bridge causing the problem. They suggest I have new bridge put in & cost would be approximately $4500. I told them I have give it a lot of thought before I do that. A friend suggested I go to the dental office she goes to. I called & got 7:00 am appointment. Dentist didn’t see anything wrong with my bridge. My inner gums had some swelling & xray showed infection. Very painful. I will be returning nex... read more

I went in for a cleaning and next thing you know they want to do 4,000$ of work, refuse to clean my teeth, and want to charge me over 100$ for x rays. When I set up the appointment I specifically said I want a cleaning covered by my insurance. Stated it several times. Two and a half hours later a bill and no cleaning. Thanks for wasting mine and your time. Famila dental took care of me without issue.

I felt like I was at a used car lot. "What, you do not want to spend $3500 on a pair of dentures?. Will not be back.
