Worst dentures ever I paid for the top of the line and got the worst dentures, recently I went to affordable dentures and got a great looking top plate for a 3rd of what Aspen charged!

It was so bad I still cannot talk about it. Felt as though I was in line for whatever they felt like doing. It started out fairly nice but once the contract was signed and they knew they were getting the money, you and your mouth no longer mattered.
I went in to have the filling on my front tooth replaced. My teeth were cleaned instead and I was told what terrible condition my gums were in and they could not possibly fix my tooth with such deplorable (not their word) gums. (I had no symptoms of gum disease). I was pitched a bewildering number of "plans" and told in order to get my tooth fixed I had to agree to one of them. I went in for a tooth ache and they did nothing to take care of that but they told me how bad my teeth were and wanted to pull all my upper teeth. After that they were telling me how much work I needed on the bottom teeth. My regular dentist has never said anything like what they told me. I left there upset and the tooth I went for still hurting. My regular dentist is on vacation for another week but I will just wait on him to get back while taking stuff for the pain. Went in for a simple teeth cleaning and they wanted to pull every tooth in my head!!! Even after telling me my teeth are fine! Said I have Periodontal Disease and I've never been told anything like this before. Getting in to see my regular dentist next month for second opinion on this.
This place is a joke. My partial broke and I went in to have it fixed. They charged me and my insurance. I went to get it and it was not the one I gave them. The thing didnt not fit. So they did an impression and when i went back to pick it up it was worse then before. Now they WILL NOT get me an appointment to get impressions once again to see if they can get it right this time. Seeing the commercial about how Aspen dental being affordable & having your dentures the same day was like dream come true.
