Service was good but be careful for billing issues. Recieved a $500 bill from a collection agency I wasn't even aware I owed them. Never got a bill from aspen stating my insurance didn't cover this. What a joke.
The staff is wonderful & they have so far completed my care plan to my satisfaction. HOWEVER, I have waited 30 minutes past my appointment time for 2 appointments before being taken back. Yesterday, I was there 2 1/2 hours for a 60 minute appointment. At one point, after sitting in the room without seeing anyone for 30 minutes, I had to walk out into the hallway & call out for someone to come. The receptionist was getting her lunch. I waited for 40 minutes. I was the first one there. 6 others went before me. Appt was at one o'clock. Finally had enough !! Walked out. Told them to shredd my papers.

They gouge people and get away with it by scaring them about the condition of their teeth. Mine were not near as bad as they said. Don't trust them
