First time I ever had a dentist office literally insist I have to perform an expensive cleaning prior to a filling, but OK. The bigger concern was the "sterilized" instruments, the mirror had sticky crud on it plain as day, and they were going to use use it like that had I not pointed it out to them, had they not already shot me with novacaine I would have walked out, but I definitely won't be going back.

Help! I literally have had my occlusal guard for 3 months, and it broke in my mouth while I was sleeping cutting my gums. This was after the first one was a wrong fit, and I had to wait for weeks, after I spent, thousands fixing my teeth! No big deal right? Call the office, see about replacing/fixing this one, right? Except, I cannot get through to anyone, and when I leave a message............. you guessed it, no one calls me back. I’m giving them a 3 star, should be a1, but damn it I really like them!
Aspen dental IS interested in talking (selling) but not listening to what you have to say. Should you ask a question it will disrupt the sales pitch and throw them off their canned sales pitch and they have to start all over. I DON'T RECOMEND going to their office unless you have a lot of time to waste.
Multiple reasons why I wouldn’t recommend Aspen Dental. I was 20 minutes early for my appointment and still waited 40 minutes. The dental assistant didn’t even know she wasn’t supposed to take x-rays on someone who is pregnant. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.
The recopinitsts were very unprofessional one was talking about her baby daddy issues that's something people do not Care nor want to hear the actual dentist was nice and seemed knowledgeable of her job
Horrible!!!! They told me I needed all my teeth pulled and full dentures. Got a second opinion and I only need 2 pulled and new partials. BIG DIFFERENCE!!!! It's all about the money

Horrible!! They tell you your first appointment is free... But bill your insurance anyway. Called to ask for them to please fix it and they said they would and they forgot to add a coupon. Today I get a letter saying that my insurance paid some they are still waiting on payment from my secondary insurance and I owe them $108... WTH people??? Don't say its free if its everything but. I offered to have the x-rays emailed from my previous dentist and they told me that wasn't necessary because the x-rays plus the visit are free ... read more
