Are these 5 star reviews bought and paid for? Because I had nothing but misery from Aspen. I went here thinking I was getting good work done. After all, they have good reviews. The dentists were very nice; the hygienists were very nice. I was told I needed two root canals and two crowns put on. So, stupid me, I trusted what they said and did it. I went back once for an adjustment. Still didn’t feel right but I thought maybe it needed time to settle. However, after still having some pain in the crown area of two teeth months ... read more

Where do I start? For my root canal, the dentist started drilling before I was numb. I had told her I needed extra Novocaine. I lurched in agony, so she gave me a 2nd shot and when that didn't immediately work, she refused to do the root canal. I told both her and the assistant that I was feeling dizzy; neither seemed to care. Today, when I returned for another filling, my appointment was cancelled, as well as my future appointments! No one called me, so I scheduled my day around this appointment for nothing. After finding o... read more

They may have been nice however there all about making a huge profit off the suffering. They come people in to making choices while in pain. They don't care about their patents. All they care about is getting Rich off those who are suffering.

I arrived in pain. I haven’t slept or ate in 2 days, determined I have an infection. I was given antibiotics and told to take over the counter Motrin for pain. When I told her I had been taking Motrin without resolve I was answered with “I’m sorry.” The most expensive office I have ever been to, $3,714 for a root canal and crown procedure, I went down the road and was quoted $1000 less for the entire procedure and was advised that one cannot heal without sleep or rest, well if you’re in pain like that over the counter Motrin... read more

I arrived in pain and I had been in pain for several days. The office staff was wonderful and the tech who took my xrays was very gentle and compassionate knowing the pain I was in. Then I meet the doctor who was so rigid she could be a yardstick. Concerned about my many medical issues she refused to listen to me about antibiotics that I can and cannot take. She finally called my other physician and they gave me a drug that makes me ill. I've been throwing up for two days and I have what seems to be terminal diarrhea. Their ... read more

Very poorly run, went in today for an appointment I scheduled 2 months ago and it was somehow not on their schedule, I even got a confirmation email stating I had an appointment. Then they want to reschedule me all the way out to the end of October, like I haven't already waited two months. Last time I was there for a filling, this same thing happened and another persons appointment had magically disappeared off the calendar as well.
