I have been there 3 times so far and never had to wait more then 10 minutes and that is because I get there 15 minutes early. When they take me back they don't just leave you in a chair, they start on you right away. I also like the fact they have late hours.

I only give a 1 because I had to give it something. The incompetency of these people are about the only amazing thing they have going for them. It's really sad when my husband has to call your corporate office just so you people will do your job! I can't really say how I feel about you people but I will say I wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy!!!
The have a guarantee doesn't say people will yell at you till you do what they want. Things aren't ran very well here.:(

They got me in the same day, I had a painful tooth and they pulled it. But....they weren't very friendly, I didn't know which person was the dentist at first, and I could hear employees complaining about being too rushed.....being double-booked. I'm not sure I'll go back there.
