SCAM! I went here because they had office hours that were most convenient for me in the evening and it was a HUGE mistake. They charge significantly more than other dental offices and try to deceive you into paying for things like toothbrushes by only showing you the bottom line of what you owe and not showing individual charges. I went in for a cracked tooth causing pain and they will not fix it unless I pay for an overpriced mouthguard first. Seriously? I don't think very much of it since we've been trying to reach somebody from up there since yesterday morning because of complications my daughter is having after having wisdom teeth pulled and we have yet to get a return phone call from a dentist or a Dr. She has phoned them several times. This morning I believe, we are probably headed to the emergency room because she cannot open her mouth through the swelling and extreme pain
The staff was all really nice and personable.however this past Tuesday April 10th I was in to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled prior to the appt I was told I would be put to sleep for it instead they gave me moderate sedation and felt onebof my teeth being pulled. I had a 7:30 appointment to get a tooth extracted. I waited for 3 hours to be told that the surgeon is running behind schedule. I was sitting in terrible pain and not once did anyone come out to tell me how long it would be before it was my time. I saw people come in and go out and I am usually a very patient person, but this pushed me to the limit.
